Good place to stay in Mahahual, The attention is very nice, the place is beautiful and quiet, very recommended.

Unfortunately I cannot put less than 1 star. The hotel is advertised as a 4 stars hotel. Even though we had to take shower with cold water. The one of the shower towels was dirty. The one of the beach towels was also dirty. The wifi was broken when we arrived and has never been fixed.

Food hit and miss. Good location. Small beach area. Courteous albeit inexpert staff. Reflects the low standards most visitors have when coming here. Do not expect top notch hospitality service and you'll be satisfied. Beautiful ocean and surrounding areas. Out of the way.

very friendly staff. beach area was a little short. most of it is dedicated to cruise passangers. reasonable prices at the bar and redtaurant. take only cash and amex.
