Enjoyed a well-priced room here with a California King bed. The room was a bit small but it had a double balcony and a very large bathroom.

The staff was very attentive and the room service did a wonderful job. The kitchen was in good order and the the courtyard/pool was clean. They did have a wooden chair in the courtyard that had a rotten joint though but that's just part of life in the tropics.

The AC worked great, but we only needed it one night. We didn't turn on the tv, but it was there

If you are staying in Valladolid, stay at Casas Hipil. Trust me!

Excellent location, nice rooms and great staff. Perfect base to visit the area, was able to park across the street easily. Free use of kitchen is a nice bonus.

Clean and simple rooms, very nice bathroom, good value for your money. Nice patio with small pool, helpful staff (Ulysses at the reception was very kind and helpful).

Unfortunately reservation was cancelled the moment of the arrival. Unfriendly staff at the reception desk. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

My family of four loved staying here! We had a room with a California king bed and full bunks. The place is super stylish and the location is perfect.

I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Hipil. It is a beautiful boutique hotel, well-positioned to see the sights in Valladolid. The staff is lovely, and it is very clean and well decorated. There's a small kitchen for guest use, which I found helpful.

Boutique hotel near the zocalo and local sights. Super friendly and helpful staff, lovely rooms. Great place to stay.

Traditional, beautiful, really comfortable with a small pool. It has a TV room, kitchen, and a lovely garden.
