This hotel is beautiful, a short stroll to the shops and centers and the staff is so friendly and helpful. It's very clean and contemporary with a minimalist feel. Because of that, the acoustics are on the loud side. You can easily hear people in the lobby and hallways. The dining area is just inside the courtyard where they have rosemary growing and in the sun the scent fills the air. I highly recommend staying here!!!

Las habitaciones muy cómodas afuera había un patio muy hermoso porque eran plantas como si estuvieras en un bosque y jugabas cartas y desayunas hay y fue uno de los hoteles que más me gustó si tuviera piscina porque en Querétaro hace demasiado calor y le falta una piscina

Es una excelente opción pues es céntrico, las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y limpias y en la planta baja hay un pequeño jardín muy lindo. El personal que atiende es muy amable. Si bien el estacionamiento está a dos cuadras y media es muy seguro. Aunque no tiene alberca y el desayuno incluído sólo consta de jugo, café, cereal y fruta el precio por hospedarse no es tan alto y vale la pena por la calidad del servicio.

Aunque no se encuentra en la plaza principal, tiene buena ubicación, a tan sólo una cuadra del jardín zenea y la mayoría de los bancos, un punto que no me agrado tonto fue el estacionamiento, no tiene uno propio, ofrecen dos a no menos de 300 metros, las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, seguramente volvería a hospedarme ahí.

el hotel está en una zona inmejorable, puedes salir y recorrer los lugares mas emblemáticos del centro historico ya sea que salgas y camines a la izquierda o la derecha, ahh! y la atención y servicio es excelente

Not recommended. Scam - breakfast is NOT included! Room was very open to all noice of the city (clubs, cars, neighbors, etc) even if ours did not face the streets. Bathroom door could not be closed due to faulty installation. Good location.
