Great service, confortable and it's perfect if you're just going to sleep. They also have a variety of trips for tourists in the reception area at a very good price.

Pretty good if you are a single person or are traveling with friends but I don't recommend it for family vacations or children. Doesn't have private parking

It was good experience. If you are looking for a place just to sleep, then this is the place. The price is really cheap compare to other hotels in the area. It lacks of some services, such as water during dawn, and a parking lot. They give you some solutions to this issues, though. I think if you are a young person is a good place, however if you are looking for a full-night's sleep then it would be a good idea to look for another place.

The location is amazing you are right in the heart of Queretaro. The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are a little small but that's fine with me. Hotel looks better in person then in the pictures. If you're only here for a few days its a perfect place. Also the the Wi-Fi is fast compared to other places I've stayed
