Characterful hotel in a great location. WiFi fixed now as every room has its own wireless router

Nice location in the core of downtown Querétaro. Attended professional event hosted on the beautiful rooftop. It can get quite cold in windy days so keep that in mind. Staff was quite helpful and attentive, making sure organizer needs were met.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at! My fiance asked the staff to help him out to propose to me and they delivered with an A+!!
Also the rooms are incredible, the service incredibly good and even tough the place is in the middle of downtown, you have a lot of peace

Muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad. La magnifica terraza esta cerrada y no sirven ni una bebida, es una pena desaprovechar asi una propiedad.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are quite big. But there are some thinks i do not like. The rooms are really dark and the worst Internet is not working at all.
I left something in the fridge, called at the afternoon. It was spanish ham which I brought from Spain. They said to me that they had found it and they would send it to me. All lies, they kept it for themselves.
