Excelente servicio y atencion, agradable decoracion de la habitacion acogedora y pintoresca, el jacuzzi en la terraza es una magnifica experiencia, su ubicacion es excelente a unas cuadras de los principales parques, iglesias y callejonadas! Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel

Very quaint hotel with a great location in the center of the historic district of Queretaro. The woman at the front desk was very friendly. The rooms are nicely decorated in Mexican motif. A nice plus is that the rooms have heaters which is quite rare in Mexico. The breakfast was fairly simple but good. Some room for improvement: the chair in our room was filthy and needed to be cleaned: the door was extremely difficult to lock and unlock, sometimes taking 5 minutes to get it to work (our friends had the same problem).

It's a small hotel with about 6 rooms total. Everything was clean, it's also calm and quiet.
The rooms are ok, enough space depending on your needs depending on your taste you might enjoy (or not) the decorations.
