It was a good hotel, the pools were really nice the only problem was the walls, yes! The walls were so thin, I could hear everything from the next room, the rest was so good !

Good location, near the city centre at a good price. Small noisy rooms, water pipes made terrible noises with any discharge. Unnecessary mistreatment and insolence from all personnel. Extra deposit required for TV remote control. Lousy TV cable service with very few channels and awful WiFi. Mobile phone signal is interrupted inside the rooms

It's relatively close to the historical center, like 20 min walking, the rooms are a little small but okay.
They really have to improve on the customer service, the receptionist wasn't kind with us, we asked for a room change and they made us wait for a room in the lobby for two hours. Also, the key cards got locked for no reason twice.
