Beautiful hotel with lots of great amenities. Rooms were very spacious, pool area very comfortable and easy to access, and even space to go for a run on the roof! Breakfast was also fantastic. The staff seemed a bit snobbish but that's about the worst I can say about the hotel. It's not super central, but not more than a 10min walk to the center.

You will enjoy your visit to Puebla with a stay at Hotel Boutique Casareyna. Guests can indulge in spa services, then grab a bite to eat at one of the 2 restaurants. Rooms at this upscale hotel offer up nice touches like Egyptian cotton sheets, premium bedding, and bathrobes.

One of the finest hotels I've stayed in throughout the world.
The staff has done everything for my comfort.
The laundry service folds and irons and places things on hangers all for a minimal price.
The rooms are spacious, clean and the ambiance is calming.
I used their daybspace services and restaurant and both were top quality.
I am a solo traveler visiting for a week in a four month tour of Mexico. This hotel is a true golden find.response / report this review -

Great location! The restaurant is amazing! We enjoyed breakfast and dinner twice- 5star food and service! We travel about 12-20 weeks a year and are always looking for a experience! This hotel is wonderful!

Nice hotel, very clean and well maintained. By the logos placed around it appears Audi either owns it or has some influence. Prices for room and in restaurant are very reasonable (I’m from USA for reference point). Food in restaurant is good, as is service. Other than in rooms the facility is open air (unheated/cooled). Not really a problem since that’s how Puebla rolls, but dress accordingly! I’d definitely return to this hotel.

Really nice place to go for breakfast or brunch. Prices are good and food is fine. The place is really cool and the terrace is really nice.

Had a Master Suite. Fantastic hotel at a great price. Within walking distance of downtown. Large room with lovely large bathroom with separate shower and tub. Bed was large and confortable. The restaurant in the hotel is wonderful. No gym, alas, but lots of room in the suite for bodyweight exercises. Wish the room had a minibar. The staff was great. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Wish that there was a little more fabric in the room to absorb sound, as noises echo in the big space. A few more outlets would be great, but the ones that were there also had USB jacks.

Visited the restaurant only Valet parking available It is quite busy so I recommend to call to make a reservation that can save you waiting around one hour to get a table and there is no bar seats to wait so you'll just have to wait in the entrance It is usually busier for afternoon meal than for dinner Traditional cuisine from Puebla so it is definitely a good place to visit to try traditional dishes Prices are ok, an expensive dish there is around 300 mxn Deserts are pretty decent as well Menu in English available Definitely a good place to try local food in a nice place

It is a magnificent building, so fun to explore with your best friend after hours. The rooms are really pretty and comfortable. I can't wait to see the volcanos view tomorrow.

I've only visited the restaurant, it's good (but not amazing) with different options to choose from. Prices are reasonable for that kind of restaurants. Nice atmosphere. Mexican food.

I made a resrvation for a social event. The rooms and open spaces are nice and you can choice from many food options. Oportunity area: extra charges for many reasons like tips, dishes mounting, taxes if you need invoice, extra pay if you want they serve a birthday cake, etc

We just went there to take breakfast. One friend recommend us to go there and I wasn't disappointed. The good was great and the prices were more than ok. The service was kind of slow but the waiting was worth it. The architecture of the building is incredible. I love the concept of the hotel of being exclusive with a very personal treatment it makes you feel in home.
