1.- The walls are so thin, you can hear everything around you. Too much noise.
2.- The shower doesnt work.
3.- The key to the room always deprogram.
4.- Internet sucks.
5.- In the picture, the room has a Desk, there wasnt.

Excellent Business hotel. Reasonable prices, clean & well maintained rooms with all amenties required and simple transit point to major accounts and entertainment venues. Have stayed 5 times in the last 6 mos for short (3 day) & longer periods. It has always been a pleasant and productive stay. Would recommend to any of my travel buddies.

Rooms are updated, clean and service is excellent. Restaurant was very good. dinner for two, filet mignon, cocktails, dessert & A+ service with 20% tip. $40

Excellent service. Very helpful and friendly staff. And really comfortable beds. In a lively area close to the centre and the metro. I'd definitely recommend it to a friend.

Comfy bed, nice strong shower head and perfect location. Free bottled water. Had some wifi issues initially but now it's stable and fast. Room is pretty clean although not immaculate. One annoying issue is that the cleaning staff kept entering our room even though we hung the Do Not Disturb sign.

Amazing hotel! Clean rooms with great views (if you get window rooms), close to everything, amazing staff and great food! I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants everything walking distance.

Location, location, location. This is the best feature of this hotel. Personnel are nice, at front desk and the restaurant. Breakfast is very good too. Relation benefit to cost is very convenient. Rooms may need a renovation. Although beds and furniture are very clean.

It was five of us staying at this hotel. The location was awesome. It was close to everything. Secure location and stores in walking distance. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and willing to help. This was my second time staying at this hotel. Will always come back and will always recommend.
