This Cool looking building close to heart of San Miguel is in a great location. We were able to walk around, enjoy food and drinks, all while feeling safe.
Cons, the beds feel like plywood, curtains are thin and let in lots of noise and light, THERE IS NO AC. Though nights are fresh opening a window as we did leaves you susceptible to all morning construction sounds (businesses no actual construction) and loud vehicles passing by.
This hotel leaves me wishing I had looked into an air B&B.response / report this review -

The room needed better blinds, the shades let a lot of light thru. Other than that the it was a great stay

Very cool hotel in an unassuming colonial era style building. It's not a particularly cheap place mostly due to it's close proximity to the town square and most other places in San Miguel. But to make up the rooms are spacious and well kept. They use good quality beds and furniture.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor and wifi and a/c in the rooms. Parking is on the street.

A very nice, but very small hotel. Great service and perfectly located near the heart of San Miguel de Allende.
