The Serafin Hotel is located right at the center of Queretaro. It's close to several churches and it's pet friendly. I stayed there with my wife and my dog and when we got to the room, our dog had his own plate of water and bed with his name on them. The hotel pays close attention to detail and the personnel is friendly and always willing to help out. They offer free tequila and lemonade, they have a nice space to read on the roof and enjoy the scenery, and they offer a simple Continental breakfast brought to your room at a time of your convenience. The rooms are comfortable and the overall experience is great.

Warning, avoid spring 2018 as there is construction next door, and constant pounding from 7am to 7pm. Otherwise a delightful hotel with friendly staff, there is no sound insulation. If you are into summer or fall 2018 you should be ok.

Amabilidad y detalles al 100 por ciento, todo el staff te hace sentir como en casa. El hotel era una casa que está en perfecto estado y con un aire colonial. Ubicado a nada de los principales puntos para ver en Querétaro. Excelente valor por su dinero.
Solo mejoraría 2 cosas:
1. La habitación de hasta el fondo, donde me hospedé, no recibe la señal de WiFi del hotel.
2. Un mejor deal con el estacionamiento. Te dan un boleto de 50 pesos de descuento (por día) pero al final si tu carro se queda 24hrs en el estacionamiento pagas 150 pesos (descuento incluido)

Mejor hotel no existe. Atención inmejorable, acogedor, todo cuidado al detalle, belleza en todos los sentidos. Se respira paz.

Awesome/Beautiful small hotel walking distance to almost everything. Staff was friendly and most of them spoke English. You should ask about the history of the place if you ever stay there.
