Close to chichen itza and in front of cenote ik kil. It was clean etc. But food and service good be better. So for 1-2 nights good. It would be better do stay for longer in valladolid or piste.

This is very spartan place, but very clean and with the necessary amenities. Can’t beat the location: next to a cenote and a couple of miles from Chichén Itzá. And the staff couldn’t be nicer!

It was a wonderful stay.The room was clean and staffs are nice.I liked to lay on the pool side.It was include breakfast and we didn't find any other restaurant nearby.So we always use the restaurant of the hotel.The food was good but all the time the staffs need help.We might be patient to serve the dishes.

Positives: Extremely good value for money; Good location (easy access to Chichen Itza, cenote's etc.,); Great Breakfast, Good pool
Be aware that the rooms are very 'basic'; set your expectations low to have a comfortable if not special stay.response / report this review -

The place is nice, I didn't like the breakfast very much, but lunch was good. The place is in a very strategic location, 400 meters from cenote ik kil and a 30 minute walk from chichen itza. There is also a free shuttle to chichen itza, but you have to find your way back by foot or taxi

A nice little hotel. Clean rooms, an attractive pool area and as long as you aren't vegetarian, a good restaurant. However, 880 pesos for a double room seemed far too much for what it was. We'd have stayed a second night were it better value for money.

Rooms were great. Pools were great. Food was ok. It's next to the highway so that's not great, but it's not super busy.

Very nice hotel. Staff very friendly and they have very nice pools. I had a wonderful stay and it is close enough to chichen itza that it is only a 10 min drive away.
