A really nice and comfortable hotel. Very close to the ADO bus station and at the beginning of Las Cañadas area. Economical and good pool. Nice staff. Let us in well before check in time.

This hotel is perfect for those who require quick access to the ADO bus station, as it is directly across the road.. so getting to your night bus is safe and easy! They offer big, clean rooms and will provide you with a room at a discounted price if you only need it for a few hours. Walking distance to main part of Palenque, however there is also a restaurant onsite

No sleep, a few other guests were arguing all night til about 5 am. We heard the upstairs person drag furniture over the floor constantly, you can hear everyone using their bathrooms!!! Oh and the front desk people never look up from their phones, ever. But I guess that is what everyone does now.

Really nice and clean rooms and good staff. The wifi is not so good and some rooms get flooded when it rains hard. But the staff helps imediatly.

habitaciones limpias y un ambiente familiar agradable. mucha naturaleza a tu alrededor lo cual lo hace relajador. puedes ver guacamayas en las mañanas de 6 a 7(depende el día clima y horario). Me encanta.

È un hotel solamente per dormire. No colazione/ristorante. Ambiente pulito e struttura interna originale. Non è moderno ma neanche vecchio. Bellina la piscina ma non proprio pulitissima. Va bene per passarci il tempo delle visite alle rovine. La città è interessante anche per la giungla ed è rilassante. È a 50 mt dalla stazione pulmann ADO

Hotel Cañada Internacional is in the perfect location, and includes free parking at an excellent price.
This hotel suited my needs, and it was very convenient to roll up, park right outside reception, get in the room, and then walk straight out into the main street of bars and restaurant nightlife. It can't be faulted for that. It's not a salubrious stay, but it does provide most things, including a pool. The staff were mostly helpful, and looked after my bags when I checked out and wanted to go roaming nearby before leaving Palenque.
Although the staff were somewhat helpful, they didn't seem that friendly. The WiFi was problematic, and it took several trips to reception to get a code that worked. It was one those infuriating scenarios where it connectsbut disconnects, and when it seems to stay, there isn't Internet access. The guy on reception was quite unbothered by the fact I couldn't get Internet, and it did take some pestering. Not what you really want when you only have a few hours to figure a good place to try for the evening drinks/eats.
The place felt uncared for and a bit run down, but that's OK for a traveller like me. The aircon worked well, so that was big plus as it was very hot when I was there. I wasn't too sold on the 3 cockroaches I had to dispatch down the loo, but other wise the place was acceptably clean. I think I expected cockroaches in many more of the multitude of places I stayed in Mexico because of the heat and humidity, but this was the only accommodation that I saw any - it's not as big a deal as it sounds. I did appreciate the bonus free coffee in reception in the morning.
I can recommend this place overall because it did exactly what I needed, and as I said the location was great, it just wasn't delivered in much style!
The WiFi was a constant faff. Didn't want to share my room with 3 cockroaches. Staff could have exuded and bit more sparkly friendliness.response / report this review -
