Es un hotel hermoso. Un espacio de relajación en el cual la naturaleza te rodea y la atención de sus dueños y encargados es lo más especial. 💯 % recomendado.

Es un lugar maravilloso rodeado de la exuberancia de la selva, el canto de las guacamayas y las especies tropicales. El Colombre es un verdadero oasis, ideal para escapar del caos de la ciudad y refugiarse a descansar mientras se disfruta de la piscina, leer en las hamacas bajo los cocoteros, cenar a la luz de las velas y comer sano y delicioso. Muy cerca de las pirámides, ubicado en la zona de mayor relax y paz.

This was one of the best experiences I had in my trip.
Nadia is an amazing woman, anyone would be lucky to come across.
The staff was attentive, kind, and hospitable; the pool is great, as are the huts.

There were many ants in the room. Many ants were in bed. We wanted to change the room. Room exchanged us. But the owner says we are spoiled and do not recommend us. Terrible behavior. Accommodation I do not recommend.

Posto incantevole, nel mezzo della selva. Personale disponibile, gentilissimo e ottimi in cucina. Le capanne sono accoglienti e ben costruite, si deve solo sopportare qualche insetto ma fa parte del gioco. Unica pecca il letto scomodo.

La atención es excelente, te dan recomendaciones de tours o lugares para visitar, los alimentos que preparan son riquÃsimos y sus porciones muy sustanciosas. Estás en completo contacto con la naturaleza. Hospitalidad y belleza natural!

Excelente, relajado, alejado del ruido, un lugar para estar totalmente en contacto con la naturaleza. Atendido por sus propietarios Karen y Oscar quienes son muy amables y atentos. Las habitaciones son cabañas rústicas. La comida es excelente, la mayorÃa productos orgánicos y hechos de manera artesanal.

Terrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It offers many things in its add but they're all broken or no longer available. The worst experience we had was the actual manager or supervisor Nadia who seems all sweet in the beginning and then she goes hard sales on you. When you don't play to their tune they're ready and capable to embarass you in front of the guests. We were overcharged and double charged there! When we asked for an itemized bill for everything we bought there we were promissed it the following day but unfortunately never got that as the supervisor was too drunk to remember. Also asked for a taxi for early in the morning (4.20am) in order to catch a bus for our next flight from Villahermosa (2h drive from Palenque). Trust me you don't want to miss a plane in Mexico. The supervisor assured the taxi was booked but it never came so we had to, literaly, run through the pitch dark bush and find our way to the bus station. Nightmare experience. These guys also call themselves eco and all organic!! Don't fall for that as most hotels in the area use this trick. Their rooms are dirty as dirt can be, spiders, lizzards, broken toilet tank, etc. Avoid!!!
