A very well maintained property with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. WiFi and cable are included in the room rate. The buffet is pretty good too.

I really enjoyed my stay here in Mexicali! This is a great upscale 'resort' that caters to the business and personal class. With two 4-star restaurants on site, o one does not have to leave the premises for an eclectic taste! The Japanese restaurant attached featured fresh sushi (I had the pork shank and it came with a Spanish infused sweet sauce.) Great three day visit and the concierge staff was very friendly! I'd stay here again.

I really like this place, it gave a chance to brush up on my Spanish. Finding someone to speak English is nearly impossible. That made it even more exciting.bthe ropms are very clean and room service is excellent! Can't wait to visit again!

The staff is really nice and helpful. The hotel is very nice and clean. They have security to the parking entrance all night. They have a bar and restaurants on the premises. This is the second time I have stayed here and in both occasions I felt safe and very comfortable.

The hotel is quite luxurious and modern, very inviting and has two good restaurants. The staff are professional and helpful. The one major issue I had on the first night was that there was a loud howling noise that literally kept me up all night. I called the front office 3 times, where the first 2 times they said they're looking into it (I thought it was an AC unit going bad) but the third time they said they can move me because it can't get fixed tonight. Unfortunately the only room they had was right above mine, and I knew that wasn't going to be any better. Turns out it was the air movement to the stairs that causes it. For the next night they moved me to a room towards the middle of the hotel, and the problem was solved. Others in my team heard the same noise and had an issue with it, so I don't see why the hotel doesn't put a fix in place. Clearly they know about it and it should be relatively easy to fix.

Service is always good, but elevator is broken, so we had to use service elevator. Also, shower is terrible, and overall hotel feels a bit beat up. Better upkeep is needed.

Great place for a wedding or special event. Brunch is good, but too crowded. Bar has good vibe and entertainment selection.

Everything from the receptionist to the restaurant servers is A rating here. Safe environment and very clean rooms. All staff is dressed immaculate, and tend to your needs as a 5 star establishment would. Definitely will stay here when we are in Mexicali.

We stay in this hotel frequently, and it is our first choice when visiting Mexicali. The restaurants are wonderful. We particularly enjoy the heated swimming pool. The linens and bedding, along with the mattresses and pillows, assure you of a good night's rest. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with great staff. The pool was dirty from leaves. Rooms were clean, and comfortable except beds. Beds so small they seemed like twin beds.

The rooms were very comfortable. Nice luxuries like a pool and gym. Multiple.restaurants. Security was good. We felt safe. The breakfast buffet was awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're in Mexicali.

They thought they had my reservation,then they didn't ,and then they did. It is very hard to complete reservations once your at the hotel. I got my reservation from expedia.The hotel addimited it was their fault. The facility their was incredibly mean. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I went there just for the breakfast buffet with my family. It was really delicious and there's great variety of dishes, especially mexican food. The waiters were really nice as well and they were fast even when the place wad crowded. The only issue is that it is on the expensive side but it's totally worth it.

Rooms are cozy and clean. Staff is friendly and patient with my lack of ability to speak much Spanish. The bar is comfortable atmosphere and the breakfast is quite delicious. Pokemon Go gym right out the front door. Caught a Hitmonchan out the back door. Definitely the shining gem in the turd that is Mexicali

Great place. Nice rooms, excellent staff and the buffet at their restaurant, Fonda De Mexicali is to die for. Best grilled ribeye and brochettes I've had in awhile. Good, safe parking as well. Definitely coming back.
