I stayed here 2/14/2020 with my Fiance for a romantic Valentine's Day. We had an executive suite. My only displeasure with the executive suite is that it was two beds instead of one queen or king sized bed. We had a beautiful view. We also did the, "Love is in the Air", dinner that night at the hotel on the 32nd floor. The setting was very romantic. The food was delicious. We had a wonder and unforgettable even with each other. I would stay here again and I would recommend.

Parking is a bit difficult. Pay for parking, even if you're staying at the hotel. Staff not as friendly as you'd expect. Great view from the room.

The hotel is great. The services are great. The casino here is a ripped off. Got some debit cash out from the cashier n they won't gave me the money. The money goes into the players card n they taxes a lot. They want u to play before they can cash out from the card. The machines are really tight, not giving any bonus or doesn't pay at all. No wonder they can hired more employees to work than customers to play.

Good things first: the staff is very friendly. The parking fee is cheap. The room was okay, but the bathroom was super old and not clean at all. We just stayed here for one night and didn’t use the shower, because it was not hygienic. We felt safe but it was the first and last time for us at Grand Hotel unfortunately.

The Grand Hotel IS GRAND! Everything was great. The room was wonderful, room service was great. The gentleman that brought our food was so nice and the food was delicious! When I walked around the hotel the staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. I'm going back tomorrow and whenever I go to Tijuana I will stay at The Hotel Grande. 🥰

The first night we had a problem with the air conditioner in our room. They sent maintenance to our room at 5 am to try and resolve the issue. When it was not resolved they were able to move us to a new room. We ordered a pizza at 2 am the next night, it was delicious and it was brought to the room promptly. Great service from each of the bellman that helped us with our luggage.

No fuss. Helpful staff. Loved my stay.
Was here for a conference. The rooms were nice, clean, comfortable and had good amenities. There were a good number of lifts so you weren't generally waiting on one for long.
The conference facilities were really good. The catering was good quality with variation in the food from day to day. The AV equipment was faultless.response / report this review -

This is my first time coming to this hotel and I had wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is about 10 minutes away from the San Ysidro border line. You will notice that the hotel has two twin towers. The rooms are clean and modern. They have a nice pool and hot tub. They sometimes have barbecue during the weekend which they even have a dj playing a variety of music. Make sure to ask for towels since there are no towels at the pool area. If you like boxing, sometimes the hotel will have boxing events. They also show very important boxing events which they serve alcohol and great food. I don't recommend getting you car wash since the prices might be overrated. Make sure to validate your ticket before leaving the parking garage.

This hotel is located around many great restaurants. The rooms are pretty nice and clean and the bathrooms are very clean. The hotel buffet is amazing. There's all kinds of delicious foods and deserts.

I really liked the location of the hotel, it's Central to where everything is. The staff is very nice. The room keys we had problems with by our second day. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The view from the room was amazing. The pool closes at 8pm.

This place was just a great place to stay in. The room service was great restaurant was delicious. The pool was small and cozy alot of shade, every hotel i stay in i focus on the pool for my daughters.

Spent a night here. Room was clean and pleasant enough. Bed and pillows were a little too hard for my tatse. Ordered room service, the food was excellent but they should probably invest in a mobile card reader. There are also numerous places to eat all around. Overall one of the better hotels I've stayed at, but with a few minor improvements could be made even better.

Very nice hotel slightly south of town adjacent to Tijuana Golf course. Great rates, clean updated rooms with good showers and views. Walking distance to the Sombrero restaurant that looks like a sombrero from the outside albeit very large. Good food, especially seafood and margaritas.

The hotel is nice, prices are what u expect. The hotel has its own club on the first floor, lobby. The club is very popular & upscale. Unfortunately the club charges a cover & the dance floor is tiny & super dirty w/ cigarette butts everywhere. You would expect to feel safe since the security at the door check everyone for weapons when you come in but somehow there was a guy who pulled a gun on my cousin while in the bathroom. So it's easy to say we're not interested in going back to the hotel or club when the security look the other way for some special people. We just don't feel safe there
