Friendly staff and close to a big shopping center. Also has complementary hygiene products if needed. Comfortable beds and excellent wifi.

I stay at this hotel last week for a few days and they still have the same problems.i arrived in the morning around 9:00am and has to wait for over three hours in the lobby with more annoyed guest waiting to check in thier rooms.the hotel staff can't complain about the poor job management team is doing at this hotel but I can.i tried to order a hamburger from the restaurant and the waitress didn't know what a pickle was or a bun.when I received my meal it was all wrong and staff didn't seem to care.they were just laughing and playing like little children in the kitchen.i noticed another guest at the same time refuse to eat her meal.so she got up and walked out on them.i didn't see a manager to complain to about the poor level of service.this hotel has gone to the dogs in the past couple of years.most of the TV channel are all In spanish.you have to carry a bucket down to the restaurant for ice everyday because they do not have refrigerators in the rooms.i still had to remind the maid several times on Sunday to clean my room.my overview is simple if you want a good review from me clean up your act and stop hiring you incompetent friend and family.hire people who know how to cook and clean and serve the public.

Really good hotel. We are Marriott faithful customers, but they were full. We tried this company as a recommendation, and I am sold. Totally loved their service and room suites.

My GF and I stayed 2 nights at Fiesta Inn. Place was neat, rooms were clean, and staff was great. The only complaint that I have is for the restaurant downstairs. I had to wait for almost an hour for our food when there was only one other table at the time we were there. We will definitely stay again but I'll probably dine elsewhere.

One of the better hotels I have stayed at in TJ. Very clean and well maintained inside and out. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable, and the restaurant and bar had pretty decent food. Only downside is that there isn't much around the area of the hotel so if you aren't driving, you are stuck there.

Very close to the border and has all of the amenities you'd expect at a nice hotel: pool, workout center, restaurant, free wi-fi.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was more than helpful. We never had to touch our luggage from the second we arrived to the time we left. The pool was the cleanest that I've seen. If one little thing fell in it there was someone scooping it out. Halls were are a little cold and dark. The lobby area was also pretty cold. The food was top notch. The breakfast buffet was reasonable and was filled with fruit, homemade yogurts, omelet station. Very nice stay.
