Average at best. So much that needs to be addressed to be a 5 star. Lack of info from the staff from what's going on to where the pool is. Front end staff on iPhones when we arrived and gave us no jnfo. There needs to be retraining. Could be a great hotel ,

A nice place near to parque Juárez and two blocks away from the Jardin Principal. Perfect for all the family specially the kids because his location near to Parque Juárez and his kids area with basquetball yard and games. With a large yard and a cute touch of old house, nice attending people and excellent attention.

Review is just for brunch. Two stars are for the nice garden setting, with shaded tables around the courtyard. The service was very inattentive and s-l-o-o-o -w few times I almost got-up to go look for a server. There was two of us dining which they knew, yet never brought a second menu for my date. The food was mediocre. My omelette tasted pretty good at first, but my side dish was barley warm at all, so they took the whole plate away and when I got it back, the eggs were like rubber. When I finally got a waiter again to bring some bread he didn't bring any thing with it (butter/preserves), and never came back to check on anything. Basically I felt they didn't care at all about the clients and simply wanted to leave. Hopefully staying there is a better experience. Sunday is a buffet brunch, so perhaps that's better too. Just don't expect too much.

Muy bonito lugar para disfrutar de su buena comida y un muy bien café con la tranquilidad que te transfiere el lugar. Es bonito si caminas a la parte de atrás tiene un gran jardÃn.
