This is a nice place to stay close to Guanajuato and breakfast is great. The only bad thing is there were kids running around all night and screaming and banging on doors. This should be managed more closely, or have the workers mandate a 10PM quiet time. I love staying here though, and there is a shuttleyou can set up to take you to your work if needed. Great perks!!

El hotel se veía muy bien de afuera pero de adentro (los cuartos) parecían de un motel. No me gustaron para nada y se veía todo muy sucio. Esta también un poco retirado de casi todo. Nuestro cuarto incluía almuerzo gratis pero sólo era de las 8am-10am
I didn't really like this hotel. It seemed very nice from the outside but old and dirty in the inside especially the rooms. We stayed in the highest floor and it still wasn't nice. Another bad thing was that it's not that close to all the bars and restaurants there are definitely much better hotels. We had breakfast included with our room but the hours were something like 8am-10am which I thought was very cheap of them to just have free breakfast for 2 hours.

Good hotel, not the best holiday in and a bit dated. Part of that is expected with the historical charm of the area. 15 minutes to the historical center.

The front desk people are so welcoming and kind. The breakfast is great!! The pool area is indoors, attractive and clean. The rooms are clean. The beds are firmer then I'd prefer, but comfortable nonetheless. The location is great. 20 minutes to the airport or downtown Guanajuato. Bus depot close by to go inexpensively to San Miguel or most other places and great tacos walking distance from hotel. I stay there often and look forward to it each time.

Beatiful hotel with comfy room, swimming poli near the city centre. Stayed for 7 days. Breafeast are great but the offer could be wider (little monotonous after week). Every 3rd day I had to renew the validity of the room key (stoped working). Little abnoxious when you are returning late night. But all around I enjoyed the stay and I will definitely return if there will be chance.

A very nice HDI Express. I have stayed here twice now and the service is always great. It's a little difficult to get to coming from outside of the city but it's Mexico so you don't have to follow the traffic laws.

I will definitely be staying here again.

Clean, not to expensive, the bed was comfortable, the people were kind, the bathrooms were fine, just one think I will ask about it, why they lived one bottle of water in a bedroom if 4. We need more. But everything else great!!!! I will go back sure!!!

The location is far from downtown, but you can easily take a cab to travel, it's not recommended to drive a car in guanajuato. They will provide you at the hotel about any information you required, but the recommendation will be always touristic places and stores, this means that restaurants are kind of expensive in the city and not really good. At any Holiday Inn hotel you can find the exact same bedroom with the same amenities, so you know what to expect of. But I wasn't satisfied with the breakfast, some of the fruit wasn't fresh and also the hot plates were salty.

I've heard some say bed was hard
