Worst hotel I've been to. Sheets were stained with blood. They give you less than half a roll of toilet paper. They say the rooms have wifi but there are no wifi networks. Bathrooms were disgusting and the food sucked. The loudest noise ever woke us up at 6 am and it never stopped (the hotel's light generator). Staff were rude and didn't help at all. I've never had a worst experience.

Great service from Gran Plaza people. Clean and nice rooms. Valet parking, breakfast included.

The service is excellent, the rooms are clean, has rooms for different events, next there is a shopping mall, the food is delicious and has a large parking lot.

Location was great not walking distance to the city center but close enough. The rooms were large and super clean. That staff is very friendly and helpful. Def would recomend and would stay

Installations looks oldies at rest rooms, location is far from the downtown of the city but that could be something good if you don't want all the noise of the partys, good service

Firstable this hotel is located at the entrance of the city, so it's really difficult getting to any attractive or touristic places by walking. The rooms are expensive, they're reallyou simple and doesn't include a lot of amenities or an excellent service. It's a nice hotel when you take the first look, but if you stay too long you'll start to recognize that it doesn't has much to offer. The service is nice, what you expect to receive with theach rate that is, but you are not going to be thrilled to be in touch with the same service every time.

Beautiful has a pool with water slide and has a buffet in the morning and they can call a taxi for you and their is much more things

It was a nice place to stay, the rooms were clean and everything in order. I didnt like it when I asked for a light bulb replacement and the person snooped around the room.
