Save yourself some time and dont stay here nothing works. Water is broken once a week power is also broken once a week. Do yourself a favor and stay at the brand new IStay hotel next door

Was here for work, It was hard to sleep if somebody was next to you or across the hall you can hear everything there are gaps under the doors and adjoining room doors and all the noises come through the breakfast is okay restaurant next door to food is not very good, tastes reheated or pre-packaged most of the time

The beds are extremely hard and the AC in the room never let it get below 74. The hotel is aging and you can tell. The staff are friendly enough and breakfast is complimentary.

Excelent service, the location of the hotel is the best part because is one of the nearest and the best of all the industrial area in silao, so is one of the best choices to stay.

Only met someone for a quick drink at the bar, but it's a decent place with good service. Only problem is you pretty much need a car to get to and from.
