Such a bad experience there, beds, showers since 1980s probably, very expensive its almost 150 dlls per night that is Way t o much for the service they offer, also there was a promotion on the lobby which they only said apply for specific days, in the mornjng i ask again they told me that was the price for the room but i got charge about 40% more, never will sleep again there

The personnel was nice. The administration overworks its maids. It doesn't have enough maids to cover all the rooms. They can't leave until all the rooms are clean. I found a young maid crying because they didn't pay for the extra hours she work. I found out that this wasn't the first time.Other employees were scolded in front of the guests. I want to let you know of this situation.

It has the potential of a 5 stars hotel, but they are missing in the details. Great location and great service! The lobby is espectacular, with a nice ambiance. Don't let this place forgotten!

Good news:
Good price/accomodations (with offer).
Good enough WiFi.
Entrance near Oruga' station (bus like transport) fast shops, drugstore and small supermarket.
Bad news:
Deorganized reception service.
Bad reception water.

Old property. Rooms, ac, bedding, towels all are old. Better options available in city. We booked for 2 nights but cancelled one night.
