Very good service. Food was excellent. And the location was also a plus. Very close to points of interests.

Beautifully renovated hotel with mining theme throughout, reflective of the history of Guanajuato. The staff is efficient, friendly and attentive. You can have your laundry done for a reasonable price.
On the negative side, the wifi to the rooms (habitaciones) was unreliable. Also, with the temperature sometimes getting down to single digits at night, extra blankets should be provided as a matter of routine. There were none.

We're on a 30 day road trip around Mexico. Spent one night in G'to. Found this place in our guide book. Would never have stopped to even check it out otherwise. So glad we did. One of the neatest places we've stayed, and we've stayed in a lot of neat ones. Really cool decor. Clean. Hot water. Great parking. We got an excellent full breakfast included for $42. 10 minute walk to Centro.
