  Un lugar agradable tanto para ir en cuestiones de trabajo o vacacional, atención muy buena, personal agradable, comida con precio considerable Habitaciones limpias y continuamente las limpian, no falta nada en los baños ni habitaciones

  The morning breakfats was very extensive. From 6 AM its was possible to have breakfast. The service was perfect and the staff was very service oriented. On the ground floor where the bar and restaurant are located are very noisy. So it is not pleasant to have a drink in the evening. The rooms are good, the internet connection is terrible. For a business trip it is not possible to work from the hotel.

  Las personas de seguridad son prepotentes, fui a dejar un trabajo (no es la primera vez) y me estacione donde me dijeron que lo hiciera desde la primera vez q fui, pero el.viernes 17 de noviembre los de seguridad fueron prepotentes, me dijeron que a que venía y eran amables, en cuanto les dije a entregar un trabajo, su manera de trato cambio drásticamente, (obvio como no soy cliente y no tengo dinero), me dijeron q no podía estacionarme allí, les dije que el encargado de mantenimiento me habia dicho que alli que no era la.primera vez y dijo que no, por q era zona exclusiva, me sentí mal , discriminada revisaron la camioneta por fuera, ( no se con que fin) anotaron las placas, eso sí por seguridad del lugar, pero me veían y veían feo a mis trabajadores, que mal que estos señores sean así, como están en trató con personas que tienen mucho dinero , piensan que sólo esas personas valen y la gente trabajadora ( como ellos, porq si tuvieran clase o dinero no tuvieran ese trabajo, aclaró que no denigro su trabajo yo también soy de clase trabajadora) pero que mal que sean asi,

  For an IT professional like me it's the worst hotel I stayed. Useless internet (0.56kps down/0.78kbps up). It has no desk for a laptop, I had to move the coffee machine to the bathroom sink in order to have place for the laptop, no minibar included, lack of power outlets and so on. The staff is great but isn't enough. Go stay somewhere else.

  Nice place, not really overpriced. Comfortable and somehow really elegant but modern. Everything works perfectly except the room service that never answer and their voicemail is full since years ago.
  
  Staff is professional and friendly, meals are really great, plenty of amenities and more make this place the perfect hotel for all the pros roaming in this area of Mexico City.

  The hotel room is very comfortable, sadly I had an issue with the AC and woke me up in the middle of the night. The restaurant is more expensive than other options available on a near plaza (2min walking).

  Food great. Room great. BUT! They delivered the room like five hours After the official check-in hour, which was ridiculous. They charged me for the parking, and NOWHERE was written that I had to pay.
