Very close to downtown, just a few blocks away from hotel. Services were excellent the people were very nice and breakfast was delicious. Definitely I would recommend it to anyone who would like to visit the wonderful place of Puebla.

great hotel. good location and friendly staff. small garage with valet. felt a little understaff. the pillows are awful. Would stay again if I bring my own.

I was in a double room in Los Inn Hoteles in the center of Puebla, México. The service is rather good considering the clean up of the room and breakfast, but the bed is too hard and the pillows are way higher

the room is nice the staff is very nice if you can sleep on a hardwood floor you will be ok in their beds

Everything is great. I love how they cook chilaquiles. Clean and big rooms. Nice service. Just one thing and the reason for 2 🌟. I got a scratch on my car, so when you go out from hotel always check your car.
