  Dinner with friends in this beautiful and historic place. Enjoyed the live piano music, service, food and Mexican wine for a very reasonable prices. My friends asked for a salad, a soup and a main dish. When i askd the waiter if this was not too much food, his answer was "no, salad is small". Well, it was not a small one. Actually it was a big one. Soup size was also decent size. So we did not eat all main dishes.
  My only concern was waiters incapacity to be honest and say the salad size was a dinner size plate.
  Overall experience was good.

  I was there only for a social event, I had no oportunity to see the rooms but dinner was great, ambience was beautiful and the Service was very good. Highly recommended.

  Zero stars. Excellent structure, main lobby beautiful and impresive, suite in need of mayor repairs and cleaning, windows were held closed with pieces of toilet paper, not able to sleep awful bed very uncomfortable they need to replace. Main door man needs to be replaced very poor attitude and has no idea what he is there for. Over all very poor service. Restaurant also need mayor cleaning specially the windows, table clothes need to be washed service okay but slow.

  It's a very nice place. Very quiet. And the food was good. If you like old places with history this is a very nice place to visit and eat.

  Very nice and quiet atmosphere. Great for a quiet meal if that is what you are looking for. Food is average but the nice surrounding makes up for it.

  Just to make this clear I gave this 1 star just because Google doesn't allow me to post anything without giving a rate, but I honestly would give this restaurant MINUS 10 STARS!!!!!!
  I had the misfortune of leading myself only by the facade of this restaurant, furniture and fame. I visited it with 10 of my aunts, one would imagine that the more people, the better for the waiters as they get more tips . Nevertheless, I felt nothing but outraged, first, the waiter lied to us saying that a “Parrillada” was more convenient for us in price and quantity, but it wasn’t that way, each cut was charged individually. Baked potatoes were not baked at all, one could see the layer of raw potato against the millimeter of actually baked potato, so, we requested them to be heated up again. After a long time (we were almost finished) they didn’t bring the potatoes, but brought French fries. We requested to speak with the waiter’s manager and the waiter was just walking around without advising his manager, until my boyfriend pleased him to bring his manager as we were already very upset, so he then called him. The manager came and as they clearly did a terrible job attending our table, he offered us courtesy desserts, my mom was very upset by the attention and didn’t want to accept those either but Manager insisted and brought them… Not even because they were courtesy, so another waiter came and threw us the dessert plates with diff. gestures of dislike to us and the worst part: desserts were also not good at all. So, in summary, plates are expensive here, so, You’d at least expect a great attention, but that is NOT the case either. NOT recommendable at all, honestly there are plenty other places in Queretaro with a better price, GOOD food and great attention.
