The room was pretty comfy, although a bit smaller than I thought.
The restaurant was also okay, but if you have a special diet, I would look elsewhere. I am on a ketogenic diet, and I can't eat food that's very piquant. I went there twice. The first time, the staff was very attentive. I ordered enchiladas suizas, without tortillas, or beans, because the waiter insisted that they weren't spicy, as I planned on sharing them with my one year old. They were pretty darn spicy, although tasty.
I also ordered guacamole, which was a nice, big helping, and came with fried pork rinds, which was awesome. The third thing I ordered was the melted cheese with chorizo. It was very delicious, and the guacamole was perfectly balanced, not at all spicy. That day, the experience was probably a 4.5 out of 5, because of the whole enchilada dibacle.
The second trip there was less to my liking. It was the very next day, and I ordered the guacamole and melted cheese again. This time, the guacamole was less than half what it had been the previous night. I asked them why, and they took it back, to serve me more. The cheese was nowhere near a well melted, and I'm nt sure it was even the same cheese, as it tasted different.
When they brought me the guacamole again, I took one bite and couldn't eat the rest. It was full of roughly chopped Serrano chile pepper. As soon as I swallowed the bite, my stomach began to hurt badly. I sent the dish away. Finally, the omelette I ordered, with 3 cheeses, bacon, avocado, and mushrooms was very good, although I wish they had used fresh mushrooms. The service was not quite as good. I felt like they left us unattended for much more time, and I had to find someone more than once when I needed something.

The bed was very comfortable, although the sheets are a bit scratchy. The bedclothes and towels didn't smell like bleach, which was nice. The television remote had dead batteries, and I was never brought the extra towels I requested. Housekeeping did an excellent job of making the room nice and tidy while I was out daily.

To start off, the location is great, and for the price, you definitely get a great value. It's meeting rooms and facilities are very prepared for executive meetings and small conventions or expos. What impressed me most about this place was it's service. It's incredible. The view from the higher floors is breathtaking! I gotta give Kudos to two of their employees: Guillermo and Larry! Those guys did a fantastic job taking care of us and deserve a raise! The food was pretty decent. And I love the 24/7 room bottle service. Over all, I had a fantastic experience in this hotel, but like any other place it's not perfect. My two small complaints is that the key cards would not work some times and there is no heat iron or board to get the wrinckles off your clothes.

Great customer service, and overall a nice hotel, but the acoustics of the hallway and the thin door of my room made it so that I heard everyword said in the hallway throughout the night

Nice hotel. The rooms are clean but pretty small and simple. Not have the wow factor, but works for a business stay.

This hotel has an excellent Location when in Town for Business. The entrance to the hotel is accessed by car and it leads to both the Car Elevator (to the parking Lot) and the Lobby, which makes for an interesting and practical Setup. The rooms are Spartan and Lack in luxury, but there's much to do near by. Transportation by car is required to Go to the plazas near by. Due to the height of the hotel, the View of the surrounding area is nice. Breakfast is simple, Not recomendable.

Sink on the inside of the bedroom seemed odd. Other than that, nice hotel

A good value for a budget hotel. Some nice views over Santa Fe, and a free breakfast were the highlights. Basic rooms but a comfortable bed.
