The best part about this hotel is it's location. They want to be a nice place and have been trying to update the hotel but they are falling short mainly due to poor attention to deatail. The rooms are kind of dingey and little dirty. The water in the hotel has a slightly fowel smell. The water pressure in the sink is like a power washer while the water pressure in the shower is miniscule. Internet is free but more or less unusable most of the time. Rooms lack basic amenities like a clock or place to charge you phone near the bed. All in all I would say its a passiabl hotel if you can get a room at a really good rate but not what I would call a nice place.

Arrived to find the hotel in the middle of a remodel. A little heads up would have been nice. Other than that, it's your typical CDMX hotel. Little run down but clean. This was for a business trip.

Super recomendable a 2 minutos de la diana , habitaciones bonitas , y servicio de ballet parking , lo único que no me gustó esque este tuviera un costó aparte (150 pesos) , por lo demás todo excelente

Really like the location and the rooms are quaint but just what you need. For the price I don't think you can beat it. Four stars due to a lack of fan in the bathroom it got pretty humid in my room. That being said would definitely stay here again!

Incredibly centric location - good food, great service and very affordable night rates. Very good value for the price and therefore an excellent choice when travelling on a budget.

Hotel casa Inn is a beautiful place to go, you can have a very amazing experience. The location is very very close to the Mexico city center. The service and security in the hotel is good, you can ask for any question about everything and they are going to respond your question with a smile.
