Stayed there twice last year. Was very noisy and supertalented guests in permanent door banging. Nice design at first glance,secondly ypu can't get a good night's sleep ever in this one. Far too expensive for that poor construction.
Portable AC that would never cool, that's what I remember
Better hotels at better prices around the area.

A very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We don't speak a word of Spanish but they always tried to find someone to translate. Room service was prompt but the vegetarian options in the restaurant are very limited. And the bathroom was a bit out of date. But other than that its a great place to stay in mexico city. The closest metro station is less than a kilometer away and there are many restaurants nearby.

The hotel it's in a very good location of the city. The A/C its not very good but since we didn't spend too much time at the hotel it didn't bother us much. And the view of the top floors it's incredible..

The part i didn't like from our visit, that was on march, is that they don't have AC, they setup portable units but it's not enough. It was set at 19C (66F) and it was still getting hot especially in the morning.
The service is really good, courteous and prompt. And the rooms are spacious, with plenty space to put your clothes away. So if they improve the AC situation this is a really nice place to stay.

Hotel El Ejecutivo has very clean rooms, great attention to the guest and a great restaurant on the 1st floor. The location is great as it's next to Calle reforma and there are many bars and restaurants nearby.

Nice hotel. No frills but very well kept. Quiet and super accommodating for all your needs. Walking distance from Ripley's and wax museum plus a whole lots of other restaurants and malls on the main avenue.
