Very clean and wonderful staff. If you're used to hostels, this place will be a nice stay. Things are in need of updating, but that's all of Mexico, unfortunately. Very centralized and close to public transportation. Small lockers in each room, but bring your own lock or buy one upon check in.

Ok for a couple of nights. Much cheaper to book online then in person but overall worth the online price. Staff are lovely. Breakfast is from 8 - 10 but at 8:15 there were only some corn flakes left and papas con Carne that the cook insisted was vegetarian (definitely was not). Centrally located and close to the metro.

Very good, nice, clean, fair price, safe, and near to the city center. I booked a private room with private toilet, was very nice, big and get cleaned every day, some times they missed cleaning bathroom.
I would thank Alfonso, the young decent guy who is working in the reception, he was very helpful.
If you book this hostel don’t think twice before going with one or many tours with “Amigo tours” which located in the hotel, they have very good prices and professional guides, and very big thanks to Mizraem and Alex who guided many groups with “Amigos”.

You have to share the room with others. And take care of 'em

The hostel is located just in the city center, a couple of blocks from the main square, the rooms are clean and neat and the staff is truly amiable and with lots of recommendations

Great downtown location. Beds were comfy. Not too much of an atmosphere though. Downgraded to 2* because the laptop of my friend was stolen.

Years ago you could see they invested money on it, both rooms and bar. Nowadays, you can still have a nice time, but don't expect luxury. Ceiling dripping, no windows, no alcohol at the bar rather than beer and basic mixes.

I had booked a tour here to the pyramids and overall it was great! A few times I was bored with the guide but in the end everything was paced well and I got to see everything.

At the default, there is no window in the dormitory. I asked receptionist for changing another room with a window. If you unfortunately get a room without a window. I think the price is not valuable. The power outlet is not enough in a multiple people room. The breakfast is good enough.

To start, they offered me breakfast and dinner everyday, once I paid my ten days, they told me that the dinner was cancelled. The room they assigned me smelled like rotten feet from the moment I opened the door. When they are cooking, the smell of the kitchen gets all over the place. It doesn't really have a game area, the "games" there don't really work. The place is awfull looking. Awfull. After this fabulous experience I went to cancel the days I paid for, because of course, the place was nothing like they tell me it was gonna be, so I was moving somewhere else. I asked for my refund, of course willing to pay a cancelation fee, and they don want to give back a penny, so they are trying to stay with my 1,500 pesos even though I will no be staying on that miserable place. I'll take legal action so they have to give back my money, but it has been the worst experience I've had in a Hostel ever.
