Beautiful place but their staff are only looking for a chance to steal from you or take advantage of foreigners! BE VERY CAREFUL!
I arrived earlier, around 8:20 knowing that they open 8:30 however, one of their staff allowed me to enter the premises 10min earlier and charged me $100 pesos per person, we were 3. He didn’t give me a ticket or anything and told me to enter the cenote. Couple of minutes later after swimming, another guy from their staff asked me for our tickets and I told him I wasn’t given one, so he told me to pay again and that I had basically trespassed the place illegally since it was closed! They also wanted to charge me $2000 because I was taking photos, however I was never told this at the entrance!!!

This place was really cool!
It was only my second Cenote I don't have much to compare it to.
But I really enjoyed my experience. There is even a small tunnel you can free dive through. In an area you can dive from.
It cost a hundred pesos or roughly 6 US dollars to get in, and I highly recommend just getting the goggles right away if you don't bring your own.
I wish I had checked out the other two nearby cenotes as I hear they are very good, maybe next time(we were actually going to spend a couple hours at Eden, but they close at 4 p.m. so it wasn't worth it to go over there for such a short amount of time. If we were to do it again we would have gone to eat in first and then jumped over to Azul around 2 in the afternoon since it's so cheap to get into each of them)

Some of the fish here are like the ones in fish spas! If you keep your feet still long enough they start nibbling on them. It's pretty funny and it tickles. The cenote itself is really nice with multiple pools and clear blue water. The only downside is that it's very very popular and gets really busy. It's best to come in the morning when they open to avoid the crowds.

Beautiful denote. Wonderful for people who can't swim in deep waters but still want to be able to snorkel to see fishes. There are changing rooms and bathrooms that cost 10 pesos per person and the entrance fee with a car is 100 pesos per person. You have to use biodegradable sunblock lotion and you can bring your own food and booze. There are trashcans available, snorkeling gear and lifejackets for extra cost.

Don't let others talk you into Dos Ojos, this is the spot! Midweek has less people. There's a fun cliff to jump off with two good sized pools you can swim in, caves to swim through, or you can just sit in the edge and get a fish pedicure. Bring your snorkel and goggles or rent some. Bring lunch and stay a while it's a nice place to relax.

Water was cold, but not expensive like the other ones. Great place to swim or snorkel with the family. They even have a place to jump from.

Beautiful! Love that they take of the place a lot. You cannot smoke/vape. You cannot wear sunscreen (or else u can kill the little fishies) It is not very big so try to get there early to save a spot. There are two smaller cenotes around just in case.

Beautiful location with a high jump from a cliff available if you're feeling brave! There are also the fish they have at fancy spas waiting to give your feet and legs a free cleaning.

Very good prices and glorious snorkeling. Even though it was busy, the place was big enough that it didnt feel crowded. The feet-nibbling fish were a bonus!

Amazing place with many different pools of water. A small cliff to jump off of that's your thing, about 25 ft. Many colorful fish to look at. If you go here quality goggles are a must a snorkel is also a great idea! Fun for the whole family. This on is a very short walk from the road. Cenotes Eden is right next door and slightly better in my opinion but a much for there walk. About 10-15 minutes from rd.

it is a beautiful spot with a cool little set of trails that all bleed back into one another. A few smaller watering holes and then the giant area all the people are at. I found this place more buggy (mosquitoes) than Cristallino, and again you can't wear sprays because it ruins the water. In the main area where everyone was at it was fine, but on the trails you had to move quickly. It was a nice, large area and very popular. I found it more expensive than Cristallino and not as fun, but it is Right next to it and worth looking at for sure.

Easy to go from play del carmen. we arrived early so we could enjoy without much people. you can dive and snorkel. sunscreens are not allowed. The water is very cold but there are so many mosquitoes outside of water, so you will have to get in the water.

Although this isn't the only Cenote in the area, it was the closest to us that we could walk to. If you've never visited one of these, I high recommend you doing so and this is a fine one to got see and enjoy. Water is a tad cold, but that's to be expected as the water is really deep. We cliff jumped this one and snorkeled. The little fish will nibble at your feet.

This place is wonderful, crystal clear water and thousands of little fish that come to you and eat your death skin. it feels like tickles and so relaxing. entrance is around US$4.00

A great spot to spend a few hours. Bring your snorkel, towel and a lunch, this place is a great hangout to cool off. On weekends you'll find local families hanging out, but it can be much quieter during the weekdays. Take a jump off the small rock edge, swim through a small tunnel or even get a free pedicure from the little fish that nibble on your feet. Easy access right off the highway, spot in for a dip

Sparkling clean. Awesome. Whether your snorkeling or jumping off the ledge or just enjoying the soothing waters. I was the only American there on this day and the Other Mexican customers and proprietor's were so nice and accommodating. Beautiful People.
