We were visiting from California with a friend and she recommended this place. The staff was very friendly and patience with us in explaining the caves, cenotes, and lunch being that nones of us spoke spanish. We arrived a little late in the day so our time in the cenote was limited so arrive early to get the full experience. The food was delicious and the grounds we're absolutely beautiful with all of the wildlife. Didn't get to zip line so when I return that will be on the agenda. Definitely would recommend.

This was a great place. We did the zip lines, the underground caverns and the underground Cenote to swim. The staff is very professional and concerned about safety. The underground had fabulous formations, and swimming with the catfish was an experience.

Nice place and really good staff, but please let the poor animal loose, nothing to see when they are keept in so smal Cage. 5/5 if the animal had it better

We had a great time. Everything was wonderful, and the staff helpful and attentive. We did the zip lines, the underground caverns, and swam in the Cenote. Each was great in its own way. Even lunch was great tasting and very reasonably priced.

Loved this place. Our guide Diego was amazing! Not only was he wonderful with explaining all of the information, but also very helpful with my little sister Payton, who enjoyed staying by his side the whole time, he also let her be “Dora” for the day! Highly reccomend this to be a stop if you are ever visiting Tulum!

We had a wonderful day here. The staff were highly attentive for an active family of four. We did the zipwire, caves and cenote with a wonderful lunch between caves and cenote.
The cenote water is cold so be prepared.
We should have packed a pre cave snack as our 7 year old was v.hungry during the caves.

Very nice park. We did the zip-lining with the whole family and had a blast. The staff went out of their way to make it fun for everybody.

Highly recommend taking a swim in the gorgeous underground,clear water cenote! Great price and very helpful staff. My husband and I are vacationing in Playa del Carmen at a resort, but we drove to Tulum in morning and stopped at Aktunchen in the afternoon. Our guide Victor was great and very informative, after our little tour we swam around for another hour and took pictures. Great that they have showers and lockers on site. Perfect mini day trip for nature lover/adventure seekers!

Well-guided cavern walk and cenote snorkeling. Pros: chance to explore beautiful, dramatic natural setting; pleasant, well-informed, multi lingual guides. Cons: expensive.
