Great value for money. Small quiet hotel well located in the city center. Since its located in the 'business office district', the area is super quiet during the nights. The city center is only four icks away. The hotel is ran by a super friendly family that developed their property throughout the last eight years. Every year they invest in their dream making the spot each time more beautiful. The owners keep great pride in their hospitality. Beds are super comfortable. Airco is present.

Wonderful Oaxaca
Good basic hotel. Huge bed. Very clean. Pretty courtyard but so many mosquitoes not great to spend time there. Room was effectively windowless as all rooms face the courtyard so you need to keep your curtains closed. I'm sure upper rooms are nicer. Excellent location.response / report this review -

Muy básico
Realmente de lo poco bueno que tiene es la amabilidad del propietario. En cuanto a las instalaciones son muy feas, viejas y descuidadas. Las toallas deshilachadas. Pero agradecà que tuviera aire acondicionado.

Excelente trato . Espacio muy limpio, tranquilo y siempre dispuestos a orientarse en tu estancia y los Tours para recorrer el lugar. Muy recomenado. Amauri y su mamá siempre atentos.

Un lugar sencillo pero cómodo, limpio y sobre todo bien atendido. El trato amable y la orientación de Amauri fueron inmejorables.
El lugar está cerca del centro de Palenque y de la salida a la carretera, es seguro y los precios son razonables.
Hay buen Wifi y aire acondicionado en los cuartos.response / report this review -

Great place. Good location, short walk to the central plaza. Super friendly host made it a great place to stay. Room was cleaned daily and bed made etc. Thumbs up!

We visited Palenque in low season and stayed here 2 nights. It's not a great place but the the owner is lovely. No breakfast, no parking and in need of renovation. Its not actually any cheaper than much better hotels, when you factor in the extra costs of parking, breakfast etc.
