  Nice, clean, comfort beds, hot water, althought the remote controld did not work at all and one of the receptionist was not very nice, maybe she had a bad day, because the other one, was great and polite, and the other employeers were nice as well, bell boy, waiters, and the cleaning ladies.

  Very nice hotel, it's a big place with lots of green areas, very uncommon for this location. It's really close to one of the "andadores" and the Town's historical center

  I Don't know if every room but mine is smelly. It smells like someone slept on these sheets just before I came in. I am not sure if I should cover with the blankets because San Cristobal is cold or because its smelly
  
  Cons: the restaurant should also serve authentic chocolate, not chocomilk.
  They didn't allow our bus to leave us in front of the hotel. We had to walk some streets ahead, grannies and grandpa's from the tour were already tired, why should we pull a party of 60 to do this?
  
  Pros: It has rooms for big parties. They brought our suitcases to the reception as they were blocks away from the hotel.

  It's one of the best hotels in San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas. Great service and really close to the downtown.

  Very nice service, the rooms are quiet, beds comfortable, a bit fresh at night but great sleep.
  The hotel service is perfect, not a single thing to criticize. Nice garden, very quiet although 2 blocks away from center
