Best rooms in el panchan. Nicely maintained and clean. Very close to the restaurants and great tips on tours and opportunities from the local staff. The reception is very helpful and always trying to make your stay most comfortable. The only problem is that they mostly don't speak any other language than Spanisch.

Nice and clean ! Margarita is really charming and she speaks a really good english. she always try to help you ! The prices are really good !! Don’t hesitate and stay at her place !

Bardzo ladne, zadbane pokoje. Czysto, gospodyni bardzo mila. Brakuje WIFI ale da sie wytrzymac. Piekne otoczenie w dzungli. Obok super restauracja Muchos. Polecam. Z rezerwacja moze byc problem, najlepiej zjawic sie na miejscu.

Very basic.you get what you pay for, it is a cabana. Owner was quirky and nice, but don't expect anything other than a room, bed and toilet. Very close to the ruins, and a tad difficult to find using navigation. Off the small road keep going left at intersections and you will arrive there.

Worst hotel during three months Mexico. The room was dirty and had a big cocroach, and they made my wife and me miss a flight!
We left our bags in their office saying we will be back to take them at 13:00 to go to the airport. When we came back no one was there, or anywhere near by. When the owner came back - one hour later - we already missed the flight to Mexico City. Worst thing : she didn't even apologize. We were obviously angry, but instead of simply saying "I'm sorry" - she started being aggressive, yelling at us and telling us to leave. She shouted check out finishes at 11:00 - but didn't explain why we were not told that when we left.
I rarely write reviews, especially bad ones, but I really want to let people know this is a horrible place that should be avoided.response / report this review -

Affordable rooms, nice place. Can be hard to get someone by phone but we just arrived without any reservation and had no problem to have a room. Very close to the archeological site and not far for Palenque Centro.
