Toiletries should be in easy to use pack. Explain the switches and reception number, house keeping number etc at the time of check in. First day you must ask the customer if any problem is there. You can do better by more little efforts.

Hotel Jen has very helpful staff. I experienced their assistance with transfers to the airport, other resorts. They are all friendly and show willingness to help. The breakfast team are friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts offer a wide variety of European, Middle `east and asian food and the quality of the produce is excellent.

Excellent stay! Please check room 906 water pressure. If turn on the water at the sink while someone is taking shower in the shower room, he/she will not get the cold water at all, pure hot boiling water will come out in the shower room. Right side bed got big sound come out if you sleep on it and moving(turning lrft or right) or even you just want to wake up from the bed, the loud wooden sound is appear. Overall is still fine.

when we checked in toilet wasn't clean and some room items missing. When asked to check the room service staff questioned "is it really like this when you came in?"
sounded more like an accusation rather than accepting the mistake. He did clean the toilet again and replace the missing items.
We always enjoyed our stay in your hotel and was bit shocked this time! Hope its just one time blunder by someone.
    Thank you

Recently returned from a 5 night business trip to Malé and the Jen.
Superb experience, levels of service met expectations and often exceeded them.
The staff are wonderful, in all areas, especially the breakfast guys for whom nothing was too much trouble.
The little coffee shop on the ground floor is great, ideal for a quick lunch or business meeting. Azure is lovely with a great sea view and fab infinity pool. Didn’t eat in Lime apart from breakfast so can’t comment.
Room was just right, bed comfy. Had 5 nights of blissful rest.
Would highly recommend for a stay on Malé and shall be returning again in August

If you can get past the price tag, the service here is top-notch. Very efficient, and they great care of your needs from airport to hotel back to airport. Facilities are nice and clean. Room is a bit small than expected, but that doesn't detract from my experience. First floor restaurant (Lime) serves hit-or-miss food. I loved my aromatic curry dish, but my sister noted her "curry" noodles tasted bland. Flipped for the dessert. Also, food can take some time. View and pool at rooftop is superb. Overall, I'd stay again when I'm in Malé next time. 4 stars because of cost to worth.

Its nothing like 5 stars hotel. More like a motel small rooms. Which does not even have a dental kit. Towels for example were clean but so used. Don't expect it to be as luxurious as the 5 stars hotels. And it says they have a sea view will by looking at the map you can see line of buildings right in front of the hotel between the hotel and the sea so you can know just by looking its going to be a scam. On the other hand the staff were friendly and welcoming just like the rest of the people of Maldives

Lovely 4 star hotel with great amenities. It is a lovely transit hotel.the food is great, the rooms comfortable and the staff very friendly!

The roof top pool and bar is a fave spotand for those who don't want to miss the gym session there is one.

Hotel rooms in Malé are generally small, but here they're pretty big and nice. Good food, and great bar at the top. Previously known as Traders

At the Azur rooftop restaurant the food took over and hour to be served. And between courses over 20 minutes.

The room corridors have a weird smell. What's going on with this place?

Wonderful stop for the night before we head to the next island in the Maldives. Service is five stars and the people are super friendly and helpful. There is always someone around to help you out. Atmosphere is modern and there are lots of windows to let in the light. Rooms get a four star. Rooms are loaded with a fridge and espresso machines. The furniture and decor is basic. Breakfast buffet gets a five star. There is an abundance of food from Western to Indian to Chinese cuisine. Don't expect pork though since it's not allowed in the country.
