Did a last minute booking with this place and was soo disappointed. I had read reviews that the family was lovely and that breakfast was amazing and was hoping for just that. When we arrived we were given a free upgrade to a sea view room (great and clean!). However there was no access to cable and wifi, and a sewage smell coming from the washrooms.. We asked reception multiple times to help us have access to these amenities, to which she responded SO rudely, first saying that the mechanic was sleeping (at 4pm) and when we pressed her 30 minutes, and an hour later desperate for wifi she said "it wasn't her problem" and that we could climb down to the first floor from the third to use the lobby wifi every time we needed it So we of course ask for the manager who was more than lovely enough to just move us into an empty room which had everything we needed, hot water, air conditioning, cable, wifi and clean sheets. But on the second day of our three day stay hot water stopped working. At this point we just gave up and dealt with the cold water till we checked out. Very sad. Ruined our local experience unfortunately.

Stayed for 4 night until I couldn't stand it anymore.. I say
AVOID at any cost. Dont believe at their answer to my review, it just shows that they dont take any responsebility, Its an old worn out guesthouse.
Your money is all they will care about. They will steal it if they have to. I had to pay more then total stated on booking site upon checkin. And they could not even explain why. I payed for a room with Wi-Fi and a TV. Neither the WiFi or the TV did ever work, the only answer you will get when pointing it out is "maybe tomorow" ,the floor in the room was so disgusting i could barely walk on, with huge stains of bugs that have been crushed or whatever that was. Very old furniture and the fridge smelled so disgusting and was about 25 years old. The toiletbrush was so worn out that there was hardly any brush left. That shows how cheap they are. Trying to sell you excursions and dinner which was the most awful food i ever tasted and had to pay for, an old cooked fish wrapped in foil over the grill not even on, to make it look like ur getting fresh BBQ fish, breakfast is not much better, prepared in an small dirty not air conditioned old kitchen.
Upon checkout when pointing out that there was no WiFi, no TV and my room could not be locked, because the lock was broken,(keep in mind I pointed this out to staff several times during my stay) she didn't even care, all she kept repeating was " give me 8dollars for the dinner. I wanted to talk to the manager, receptionist lied saying she is the manager. And was extremely rude, don't trust other reviews here, choose another place AVOID at any costresponse / report this review -

Fun experience staying there. It's very mysterious yet magical there. Staff are always welcoming to help. Even if it's about games, HAH, you can always get away to it.
