  Very nice place for holidays. We feel fine and are happy to stay here this year again. Food, Room and Service is perfect, at any time they are very helpful and friendly, it is a familiär hotel. Thanks to to the staff and of course to the Management for the great hospitalty.

  We had a lovely stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lunch meals could have a bit more variety. Deserts were the same all the time. Beach was superb.

  Generally we liked our stay. The resort is not new, however staff is very helpfull and polite.
  The only downside is that we got SCAMMED with the bottled Rum at the Bar. I do not believe it was intention of the hotel, still we payed for Rum thinned with water or whatever

  Had a great time. Hotel small and cosy, never had problems with tables for food. Pool was great for me as I’m 5ft 4 and water came just above my neck, so no worries that it will suddenly go deep. Staff were brilliant. Must mention Chef who kept coming around tables asking if everything ok. If you wanted something different to eat eg burgers and fries they would happily make for you. Room has filled fridge and topped up daily, all free. Cleaning was excellent. Would go back again, and many of the other guests we spoke to had been before. Very relaxing holiday 😀

  Just to clear the doubt that it's not 4 star and not above normal property.Meals served in Breakfast and Dinner is worst.half cooked continental dishes & very limited options for Indian veg/ non veg.however staff cooperative but absolutely not good experience to stay.

  A 3 star hotel with 5 star service. A friendly hotel where the staff work hard and to ensure your stay is is a special one. We would return here without hesitation. In our opinion the Veranda palma Hotel is situated on the best section on beach, a great holiday all around.

  Small but perfectly formed beach attached to an upscale hotel. Friendly staff but food menu a bit basic but all done well although portions were not overly generous. Need to be either a guest or a guest at its sister hotel in grand baie to visit.

  Warm welcome after a long flight, shown to our rooms quickly, rooms are lovely and clean. Staff in the restaurant really look after you, the food is really good too with a variety to suit all nationaties, bar staff are really nice, they laugh and joke with you. Entertainment was good in the evening. The beach is amazing. The young lads maintain it very well. They collect the coral everyday left by the tide so you have pure sand to walk on and the most crystal clear sea you could imagine. Absolutely loved my holiday here and would definitely go again.

  Als Paar im September 2014 zwei Wochen in diesem schönen, familiären Hotel gewesen. Eindrücke:
  sehr freundliches, herzliches und hilfsbereites Personal im gesamten Service ! Hotel mit 3 1/2 Sternen
  gut bewertet. Speisen und Getränkeangebot gut und (für uns) schmackhaft und ausreichend. Sportangbot gut. Strand: toll. Umgebung, Orte, Geschäfte, etc. schlecht. Ebenso das tägliche Abendprogramm. Da wir Ruhe suchten war das nicht störend. Durch privat organisierte Ausflüge (sechs) über die ganze Insel viele und schöne Eindrücke gewonnen. Angebotene Ausflüge sind viel zu teuer und das Geld nicht wert! Ein Wehrmutstropfen war (nicht nur uns, sondern auch anderen Gästen unangenehm aufgefallen) der doch unfreundliche, teils arrogante Auftritt zweier junger Damen an der Reception (kurz und knapp, wenig hilfreich) das sollte das Management wissen ! PS.: sehr postiv und angenehm ist der wöchentliche Empfang aller Gäste im Hotel abends mit Getränken und sehr schmackhaften kleinen Appetit-Happen. Wir grüssen mit Dank noch einmal alles Service-Mitrbeiter hier vom schönen Niederrhein/Duisburg/8.10.2014

  Brilliant.
  Polite, helpful and considerate staff.
  Accommodation was spotless and comfortable.
  Food was excellent with so much choice.
  This was a 3 star hotel with a 5 star service.
