THE BEST high class hotel. The hospitality is unbelievably amazing. You will never get bored there. My favorite part of the hotel was the Club One. You are offered a variety of activities both indoors and outdoors. Had a great time playing mini golf and cycling around. Definitely recommended. It is impossible to ti regret it.

Warm welcome. Beautiful resort.
Rooms are comfy, clean, and spacious.
Unique culinary experience, you should expect nothing but a delectable meal that exceeds your expectations. Their chocolate mousse cake is divine, awesome macarons as well.
Good hospitality, professional and friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. All our needs have been taken care of, especially when travelling with a one-year-old baby, with baby amenities provided. The hotel was amazing. Truly unique experience. The rooms were very comfortable and kept very clean. The service is what made the difference and made our experience unique. Each and every member of the hotel's staff were so welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. The food was exquisite and there was no lack of variety. There are also so many activities for everyone to try and we particularly enjoyed the golf course and the paddle sessions. Will definitely go again.

Not very impressed by the one and only experience as my expectation of such a resort was high due to its prestige and expensive price.There was no buffet due to COVID situation and the food was a la carte only which is understandable. But lack of variety in the menu and use of exceptional products as well as alternatives for the clients. On a 2 days stay, we had only the choice between fish, chicken and a meat. 1st day grilled fish, stir fry Chicken and a very salty lamb curry with no apologies from the Chef. 2nd day grilled fish, satay chicken and beef curry. Two days curry for Mauritian clients! We also had a connected room with very noisy family next door and moved to another room at the other end of the resort. Breakfast served in a broken plate. Overall the resorts accommodations and facilities are good. Luckily we had a good service level mainly the morning shift staff namely Khemraj who was very helpful and friendly.

Here with the entird family to celebrate a special birthday. It's our second trip to Mauritius and first to Saint Géran. The hotel has recently been refurbished bringing it up to an immaculate level of luxury - the Ocean Suite we have is decadent and huge. We're sharing the suite with our 3 year old and 4 month old and it provides plenty of space and even a separate bathroom for our eldest - he loves his "new home". The staff are attentive without being obsequious, the food is fantastic and plentiful and the setting provides Instagramable opportunities at every turn. Of particular note are the Spa and water sports, both sailing and wakeboarding/water skiing are exceptionally easy to take advantage of and although we've not had the opportunity to take part, the other excursions look fantastic. In short, by far and away the most amazing resort we have ever visited.

The service and food was excellent. The rates may be a bit pricy but it is totally worth it. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The views and scenery is spectacular. It was renovated in March 2018 and it's amazing! There is no golf course on the resort but there is nine hole mini golf for kids. The Belle Mare Plage golf course is a convenient 5 minute drive away. This review is great for young and old and I would recommend this hotel for anyone. The amount of water sports available is endless! And they cater for people with allergies (they made me gluten free crepes, pizza and pasta). It really doesn't get better than this!

One&Only Le Saint Géran Golf Club: Unlike many of the grander and more recent 18-hole offerings in Mauritius, the 9-hole resort course of Saint Geran still has the edge in one respect. The doglegging par-4 6th hole is played directly alongside the beach; anything hit too far left will land in a water hazard of oceanic proportions.

Not good for young couples. And even others. As swimming pool never warm. Very old build. Structure very old. And staff not that respectful. They have lots of attitude.

Because of it location on the Eastern side of the island, I didn't expect a sunset view here. But its so beautifully situated on a tip of the island that you get an amazing sun set. Lush green, manicured gardens, peace and serenity here is unsurpassable.
