A 3+ star hotel. Good quality service,facility and food. Amazing view of the surroundings from the hotel. Staff is good. Swimming pool excellent. Relaxed atmosphere. I love all what Laguna Beach Hotel offers his guests. Thank you.

This is a great hotel if you are planning to getaway from the daily hustle and bustle.

Pros :
1. Wonderful ambience in the hotel plus great landscaping makes you feel like never leaving the place.
2. The infinity pool in this hotel is amazing
3. There are lots of activities planned everyday to keep the guests entertained. Do check it out on the notice board.
4. The food is different everyday and the menu is posted on the noticeboard
5. You can change currency from USD to MUR right at the reception. No need to go outside. The prices are competitive
6. The hotel is situated right on the east coast, about 15 minutes boat ride from the ille aux cerfs. A great location
7. There is a shop right in the resort if you forgot to get beachwear. You could easily pick them up here

Cons
1. The hotel staff is slow at times. It depends on the person at the reception for you to get a good timely service
2. The food looks good almost always but doesn't taste like it. The cooks here don't know how to cook good Indian food.
3. The hotel is situated in a remote corner of the island. There is nothing as you step out of the resort. You will most likely end up taking cabs from the hotel at exorbitant prices!
4. The water sold here is pretty costly. Make sure you get water from the shops outside at one third of the prices here. Don't buy it here

Awesome resort. Good room service, breakfast menu is excellent. It's been 4 years but steel unforgettable memories about this resort. Beach View rooms are best. Indian food options are also available. Water sports activities are also available.

Beautiful hotel, spotless rooms, great family entertainment. Food from the menu is delicious, we didn't enjoy the buffet (not sure if it is made in quantity but it lacked taste). Was disappointed with the seaweed in the lagoon/Beach area available to hotel guests. Feels more like a lagoon than beach because of the fresh water weeds. Beautiful pools

Where to start with?
The welcome is special and touching. The rooms are clean, tastefully designed and decorated, bright and airy, with a magnificent view on the Grand Port mountain range and the lagoon.
There are a range of engrossing activities in and around the hotel where you cam engage with the local population.
The food? Oh my goodness!!
Special mention for the staff: welcoming, courteous, and diligent at all times.
Highly recommended!

very beautiful resort, restaurant is also very good. place is expensive but still affordable. very soothing place with blue water all around, hut shape cottage gives you a wonderful experience, i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, check my pics to have a feel of the place.

We had a wonderful week at Laguna Beach Hotel. The hotel, beaches and public areas were beautifully clean and well maintained throughout our visit. The food was great, staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite and a short walk into the village gave us good insight of the lives of the locals and the Mauritian culture. I would suggest you rent a car at the airport or through a travel agent to get around the island and to get to the other beaches and markets, you can arrange a taxi for the day but will better to have the freedom of your own transport and probably be more cost effective.

Nice and courteous staff . rooms can still be updated . bathrooms are not fit to be even in a single star hotel but everything takes a back seat because of the well behaved staff.
