Good price but it is the only positive thing. We had received message from the Ola that our car wouldn't be available (car was broken) just only 1 day before take over and offered us different car from worse category. They reduced price but only after my request. But no special price or sorry.
The car was horrible and in not good condition. Returning the car was without complains from their side because we returned the car to the agent from different agency. In total very bad experience! It could happen that you have problem but you must try to revenge it and offer something more as an apology.

Excellent customer service!

Booked a car online for 3 days on short notice to explore the island with hotel delivery and pickup. The OLA representative showed up on time, car was in great condition but came without the ordered children seat for our 3 year old son. The last seat in the store was broken and another one wasn't available because another customer using a seat had prolonged his rental.

Not a great start, but the textbook example of perfect customer service that followed fully made up for it. We wrote an eMail to OLA after trying to get a rental seat through our hotel reception failed.

Salim, the manager replied quickly and we worked out a solution where we bought a new children seat from Super U and simply sold it on to OLA at the end of the rental period. We could explore the island with our son and they got a replacement for their broken seat 😊

Returning the car also worked without any issues! I would highly recommend OLA if one needs a rental car in Mauritius rental rates are also very competitive 😊

Super easy and convenient car rental. Booked for 2 weeks, came one day early - was handled successfully. Returning back the car was fast and without any diskussions. Should be your choice, if you want to explore Mauritius

Free GPS means they will download offline map to your phone. USB was not working so not only I was driving without a phone holder I could not even charge phone during ride.

They were accommodating when I wanted to return car earlier. but the driver didn’t arrived as agreed..

The service was really good as were the cars. But the company made me pay 100€ for a tiny, really freaking tiny, scratch on a wheel. Probably will rent from them again.

Great car hire service. Very reasonable price. The car we hired was fine and just as described - a basic small car that got us where we wanted to go without any problems. Pickup and return service better than any we have experienced anywhere in the World. Personal attention with advice about the Island and driving, a map provided and so quick. The guy was waiting for us on our return and it took all of three minutes at the airport to complete the handover. We had a puncture on day 2 and had to fit the spare wheel. The following day they sent out a replacement spare to our village on the other side of the Island without charge. Brilliant! Highly recommended.

Excellent rental company. Arranged everything before arriving in Mauritius. The contact out in Mauritius was a lady called 'Maya' and she was great at arranging everything. The drop off and collect drivers were very professional. Car was delivered and collected from the hotel. Superb packages. Lovely clean, modern and well equipped car. Had a great week driving around the island. Highly recommended

I had a very positive experience with this company, car was available on a short. Very straight forward, pick up and drop at airport with no issues, Adnan greated me and was very friendly. Payment done on the spot, prices are reasonable and makes more sense than taxiing around. Definitely recommended

Really easy communication start to finish. No issues when we wanted to add a few extra days to our car hire. Delivered and collected exactly on time and no problem made of the fact we were staying the opposite side of the island to where Ola Mauritius is based! Really friendly reps, and most importantly we loved our car - a red convertible mini. It was only a year old and perfect for exploring the island in. Bluetooth-enabled for us to play music, charging points for phones etc., and we were given a phone to use as GPS so we didn’t even have to use our own. Couldn’t fault the car or the service we received! Thank you Hansley & team

A great little rental company, cheaper than the others. The person who greeted us at the airport, Handsleigh, was a really friendly chap, and very helpful - I dropped 2 stars though as the car we were given had 108,000 miles on the clock so it was a well used car. Generally speaking with rentals you expect to get a newish car that has no more than 20,000 miles on it. and paying almost the same as what you would pay in the UK, it was just a little disappointing not to get something much newer and less used.

Meet and Greet service at the airport was prompt and efficient. Car drove well and we had no problems. GPS was provided which helped get around. Drop off at airport very convenient. OLA Mauritius has Friendly staff and is well priced. Highly recommend them and will make use of them again in the future.

I am very much impressed by the Ola service. I planned in the last minute for the trip. when I checked their site in the morning there was car available but when I tried for booking there is no cars. So I called them, their customer support person ' Maya' helped me to find a cab for me and she promised that you will be getting it when you are out from the terminal.
As promised I got one Hyundai I10 car with baby car seat and GPS. I am happy with their services. Hope next visit I will use OLA in Mauritius.

The worst deal I've ever ever had to deal with. We were agreed on 9 am but a guy came 10 am without to say even sorry. From begin was all wrong no baby seat and navigation. They had to return to base 3 times because baby seat was not correct for my baby. I was standing 3 hours outside with my wife and kid, and after i call them like 10 times they offered 5 euro discout. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!
I get my car about 12 am and no sorry nothing!!!
Be very careful !!!!!!!!!!!!

No one turned up as per agreed time, have to call to get the car. The delivery guy tried to rip me off by bringing me to his friend's gas station to get a sim card at 350rp, while you can get a better package from same telco at 100rp. Luckily I done my research before going. Very unprofessional. Car with unbelievable high fuel consumption and vibrating whenever I speed up or reversing. If you ended up with this company, bring exact amount of Euro to pay, or they will convert the amount with super unfavorable exchange rate. You might ended up paying 10% more than published rate.

We had wonderful experience with OLA Mauritius. When we arrived at the airport a staff member was waiting and escorted us to our car in the parking lot. After a few days we wished to exchange our car for a different one and they were very accommodating. Staff was always on time, management was very responsive to emails and phone calls. I would highly recommend OLA for any transportation needs during a holiday to Mauritius.

Since the booking of the transport from the Airport to the Hotel and back which the pricing was competitive we also took the liberty to approach them for the Car Hire. This was my first time renting a car with OLA. I requested for the vehicle to be delivered at my home address and even though I live quite far from their usual place of operations, it reached me on time. Davin was very courteous and behaved in a professional manner. My needs changed overnight and Salim and his team (Maya) arranged a 7 seater for me within minutes, with the new vehicle being delivered to me in under less than an hour. I would definitely recommend OLA, more so having had not so good experiences with the more renowned agencies operating in the island. Hats off guys (keep up the good work!).
