Very disappointed by my stay.
- parking is far from entrance.
- buggy service was bad. Limited number of buggy. We were very far from reception/restaurant (15min walk) when we order buggy it either didn't come or take very long time to arrive. (Most of the time) on day we waited for 25 minutes at the parking
- tv was not working well
- internet as well. Very slow or not working
- buffet was not so good (despite what we 've been told.
- beach was not so appealing
- We put some clothes at the laundry. The day after we had a message saying that we will have the clothes only when we paid. For 15 euros they could have wait for check out
Hotel is good but the price value was very bad. We paid 4500 euros for a classic room with no transportation for 2 for a week. It was too expensive for the quality received

Lunch buffet was excellent!! Day package was worth it . Water sports cool as well. Pool's a bit deep. Dangerous for small kids

Excellent rooms, service, staff friendliness of staff. Fantastic resort with a wonderful beach. But normally at breakfast, lunch and dinner, there would be quite a number of flies around the restraunt. I like the bar very much. They serve a large variety of different mocktails and cocktails and other drinks. Please consider again if you are touching the animals there as the club doesn't own them and they might have fleas on them, but they are not aggressive against humans but rather playful, especially for a dog at another restaurant there called Le Phare Restaurant. Good beach activities, crystal clear water, SOOO GOOOD! There are uncountable activities there too! Tired of walking? There are buggys! Highly recommended!

My holiday began on the 2nd till the 9th November 2017
I came with my husband for my 30th Birthday and it was awesome.
First time in a different country and it was great.The warm welcome from Renate always smiling and taking us to our room and showing us around,we felt like we were at home.Great food from breakfast,lunch and dinner,Oh not to forget the snacks and drinks at the pool.All the staff was very friendly and Simi at the botique store she was lovely and learning Zulu language👍 .The entertainment at the theatre was great and dressing up every night for different themes,big ups to the friendly barman Ray making perfect cocktails and lots of jokes.We had a great stay and CAN'T wait for our next vacation.Thank you all at Club Med.response / report this review -

Will not recommend this hotel to any Indian national travelling to Mauritius.They discriminate between Indians and Europeans. More interested in serving to the needs of Europeans than Indians. Indians are no slaves to these French loving hotel. 0 stars from me for attitude they have.

Not meant for INDIANS 😒..just & special meant for (French people & white people) ,
Even every channel on the TV is in French & not even English Channel, just a BBC news channel in English.
Leave Indian cuisine , there was just 1 vegetarian dishes all other were non-veg.Not one dish had salt in it
They serve cold soup,pasta & hard bread
Plus No Ice tea
Air conditioning in the room doesn't work (doesn't cool at all)
Wifi connectivity sucks
There were two lizards in the room
Charging port not compatible
Rooms light was flickering

This was the best resort we have ever been to.
Our family of 5: hubby,myself and 3 kids aged 4,2 and 3 months went from 26 April- 3 May 2017.
All the staff members from the cleaners, waiters all the way through to top management made us feel extremely welcome and important.
The mini club and petit club was absolutely mind blowing! Such good facilities and activities. They really had our children's best interests at heart. My kids were safe, entertained and happy at all times.
We went on an all inclusive package and the food was amazing. For the usual buffet style food there was a very large variety to choose from. We also loved the fact they there was an additional restaurant which offered late breakfast and late lunch options.
The whole resort is extremely clean and very well maintained!
The entertainment is truly world class!
We felt as if we were part of the Club Med family and will definitely go back and recommend this resort to others!

One of the best Club Med Resorts in the world. Highest quality of catering, great sports activities including Tai Chi & Golf and amazing show at the level of Cirque the Soleil.

Awesome, amazing, beautiful.
Had the time of my life here.
The staff were very hospitable and friendly, always there to help and spoke 2 languages or more, the food and drinks were of the highest standard, the rooms are great, the pools and beach are excellent, activities and entertainment are great.
