  The welcome service was wonderful and very friendly. All details were well explained and nothing was left for me to guess. The vehicle was exceptionally clean well maintained and a pleasure to drive. I will always use Malta First when traveling To Malta and will recommend them to all colleges for future. Many Thanks.

  Wish there were negative stars to rate. Stay away from this car rental company. They charge 48 euros if you return the car before 8 am, its out of office charges and they dont mention this before signing the rental. Guy was rude who collected the car.
  Coming to the actual rental car, all the windows and windscreen were dirty and made it difficult drive in the dark. Suspension of the car needed a good service, car was not stable to drive.

  I was visiting Malta from Germany for a week.
  Never recommend this rental service, was all problems from the beginning.
  - Kept a car with low battery first with lots of scratches and broken rear lamp, waited long to get another one
  - Like their advertisement vehicle with SURPRICE CAR RENTAL label written on both size in big size
  - While returning in the pick up station in the airport, at 7.15am the guy taking back the car was bad at us. The office was open and the person was there but disagreed to take back the car saying out of office hours and need to pay 48Euros if i want to return asking to read the terms and conditions.
  -I have asked while picking up the car regarding the return times, they never mentioned anything about this out of office returing charges even at the airport.
  
  Was very bad response and such a bad car hire i have never ever met with.
  
  Go for some reputed ones

  STAY AWAY
  I am back for over two weeks now, and they still are Holding 1650eur on my card, for no reason. They will find any way possible to get your money.
  The car was a shame, tires burned, sourds all over the car when breaking. Anyway. Just stay away.
  You don't want to go through the pain of dealing with bunch of crooks when you are back home, and want to forget about them.
