Booked to get arm filler here and the day before the appointment I was told he had to postpone then he stopped replying to me despite me having paid 50 euros deposit already, the work isn't good enough to warrant such a bad attitude. Avoid at all costs he is a scam artist.
*edit* I do not have HIV however I do have the screen shots which I have attached to prove this man is a liar! This hideously unprofessional response says it all.response / report this review -

The best tattoo artist I know! How lucky I was to meet him during my trip in Malta. Franz is very professional and takes time to explain everything. His drawings are just beautiful, I"m very happy with the result! If you go to Malta, come with some friends because in addition to tattooing well he is good-looking haha ;) see ya !
