We requested a non smoking room a week prior to our arrival, but they gave us a smoking room on a smoking floor.we stayed there for 2 days, and we felt sick because of the smoke coming from other rooms through the exhaust tube thing. Also, we are not informed the we have to give a deposit fee of 700mop, we were not prepared. we arrived past 12 midnight and all money changers are closed. We had no choice but to use credit card. Rooms are dark and the bed is so hard. Staff are not that accommodating to foreign language speakers.. Are we coming back? Oh hell no!

We had requested two rooms for one couple and one family of four and were provided with two rooms with only five beds between us. Those beds felt like they were made of plywood. Hardest I've ever slept on! One room smelled like smoke, and the other smelled like mildew. Yuck! It was clean, though.
