The hotel exterior looks old compared to the ones on Cotai strip but the interior has a nostalgic feel while the room had been refurbished. It's not as luxurious as Venetian or Parisian but the hospitality was warm and welcoming.

It's a Luxury Hotel at good location, close to all shops and restuarnts. You'll want to stay this area to save you taxi costs. The hotel is getting old, some rooms may find not clean enough, or old furnitures. However, they have good views rooms .

Loved the hotel. A little old but for the price we paid, really cant complain. The best thing was the service. Seemed like everyone there was at your service for everything.
Also its in the old city so its closed to Senado square and the ruins.
Good location, good infrusteucture, exelent service

Free shuttle bus transport is not available if you carry kids. Need to be aware that there is 2 casino which opposite to each other. Have to state clearly if you separate the transport among adult and kids.

5star hotel but cheaper than the new Grand Lisboa hotel. Service very good and they have a modern bathtub cum spa that is a new experience for those never tried it before . Right in the middle of the city where you can find food easily, only 10 mins walk to Cafe Margaret where the famous egg tarts are sold . Check-in is done on 2 entrance so if there is a queue on one please go to the other entrance

Very unique experience. The hotel is extremely luxurious, with a sense of mid-century spender. Gorgeous furnishings, much nicer than what I’ve seen in Vegas with incredible aged wooden inlay cabinetry and mosaic floors. They even had Hermès toiletries (didn’t know that was a thing ). Something about the hotel also seemed a bit haunted, which I appreciated. Don’t necessarily recommend going as a single white girl. Definitely got pulled over with concerns of my intentions on the casino floor even though I was just looking at the games 😂

Offers glamour and luxury. Even the toilet is sparkling. The casino is in several floors, I lost count, maybe from the very first floor until sixth floor?

The first major casino in Macao. It looks old now but worth visiting for all the unique art and antiques prominently displayed. You can imagine old school Macao by a visit. Walk over to the nearby Grand Lisboa for a grander experience and look at thier collections as well.

This is one of the best and oldest hotel in Macau. The location is in the center of Macau near by Grand Lisboa and Wynn Hotel. Its easy to find this hotel since the location is very startegist. The bus station is in front of this hotel will makes you easy to go anywhere in Macau. However this one of the biggest hotel in Macau and is quite confusing to go to my room for the first time. I should ask the guard to guide me to my room. If you are going to Macau, this is one of recommended hotel stay with. The budget is cheaper than any other hotel.

If you are here to gamble. Don't waste your time. As in really.. Singapore is 100 times better.
Service wise.. i thought it is a long running hotel the standard is there.
But NO. Language is 1 problem.. almost all don't speak English. Chinese is a bit better only. I damm have a lot say. But got words limit here.

One of many impressive casinos in Macau, the Lisboa is a mix of the historic Hotel Lisboa and the ultramodern Grand Lisboa. Both are stunning and have amazing gemstone displays in the lobbies.

Nice short avenue full of souvenir shops catering to the tourists. The street is also lined with a lot of stores selling food to which the sellers would be more than happy to let you try out their pastries and grilled meats.

About as entertainingly gaudy as it gets. Worth a stroll through this old school casino, which seemed even more packed with people than the other ones. And then get out before you go crazy from the overstimulation!

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Grand Lisboa! The front desk girl provided exceptional service. She spoke Mandarin and English loudly and clearly, was very smiley and was proactive in ensuring our stay would be perfect. Sameer, bellboy, was also very efficient and helpful in showing us the room and helping us get around. And our room was GORGEOUS. Great great great hotel, we cannot say enough good things about it, we were truly impressed. We miss Grand Lisboa already!
