Lied to customer about our rooms (saying to come back after 12pm to renew another day, but came back after 12pm and said none were available unless you pay another $2000) to rip us off. Bad attitude and terrible service. Absolutely horrible place to be. Don't even deserve a star.

This hotel is not one of the best hotels i've stayed in. The air conditioning is not good, it's always really cold no matter what temperature you put it up to. Extremely hard beds and couches and the hotel staff are not exactly the nicest. They were ignorant, and they had this mean glare on their face every time my friends and i asked for something. Every room smells like cigarettes, even in the rooms where smoking is prohibited! It's hard to sleep in a room where all these elements are combined. The internet is really annoying, I had to login over and over again with the guest pass.
Something good about this hotel is the look of it, I really liked the design of the rooms, and the lights and pictures were really pretty.
Overall, this hotel was below average and I don't think it was worth the priceresponse / report this review -

The staff is courteous n friendly. The rooms are really good. Located right within close proximity of the Macau ferry terminal, this place is good for stay.

Location of this hotel is quite good all the casino are near by and fisherman wharf is at walking distance.
