Great location right off Sukhbataar square, friendly staff, clean and generally cosy. But they really need to deal with temperature in the rooms - e.g. I would have appreciated a way of turning down the heat instead of opening the window as it smelled of coal outside.

They made false accusations about me stealing towels and the rooms looked like garbage. Old, outdated, with incredibly rude staff. There are no positives to saying here.

Every night make noise out side. Also the hotel very old so my room many have bed smell
