Nice warm place to stay. Enough English spoken to get a room and breakfast easily. The rooms are clean. Reasonably priced mini bar. Great breakfast in the morning. Close to downtown shopping. I've never had an issue here in 3 or 4 stays.

A clean quiet hotel with friendly staff and a decent hot and cold breakfast included in the stay. They will make an omelette to order, and there are many other choices from the breakfast buffet.

I have stayed here probably a dozen times over the last five years. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I always feel like my things are safe secure. It is a nice location, near the square. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is decent. The showers in some rooms are hit or miss. Over the years, the internet has gotten better. Now it seems to be very reliable. Every time I come to UB, I stay here and will continue to do so.

This hotel is the best!!! I am world travel and too busy to write a review. However, the staff in this place is amazing. The rooms are modern, and the bathrooms are impeccably clean. The price is fair for the location. We were treated incredible. My 11 month daughter and I stay at this place for 8 days by ourselves. We felt at home, secure and very welcome. My baby got sick and the manager took us to the hospital and help us 100%. I am going to miss them all. They took my money but also my heart. Great job!!!
