Very comfortable.hotel with large rooms and ensuite bathrooms. Huge breakfast buffet and tasty international food served on the top floor - where there is an incredible view and a good house band. Their airport taxis are expensive though

The hotel was absolutely fine for my needs (business trip). The location is extremely good, and very central (great considering the traffic). Staff were very friendly and always keen to help. Room was large, spacious and clean. They even had it ready for an 8am arrival. Food was good in the hotel, and the view from the bar is great. Food/drink not particularly overpriced for an international hotel. Only downside was finding one of the free water bottles with an unbroken seal on arrival.

Welcoming and helpful reception. Easy to deal with. Clean, neat and tidy motel. Resturantscare comfortable with good menu choices. Food is fresh, well cooked and presented. Staff are helpful.
Spacious, well maintained rooms with all normal amenities.
Well positioned in Ulaanbaatar

Great hotel, with awesome view of Sukhbaatar square. Great service and good breakfast. Taxi service is very costly as compare to outside rate.

Clean enough, quiet enough, close enough to walk to plenty of things in the city. The views from the uppers levels are respectable. The elevators take a long time during busy hours only two of them and the staff use them for cargo as well.

Can not be more positive about my experience at Tuushin Hotel. Food was enjoyable and the staff were great. Had a few minor hiccups while in the city. The Concierge and Staff did not hesitate to assist. Will definitely be back again. Thank you to all.

Very Nice HotelHORRIBLE SERVICE!
A beautiful hotel with nice rooms. and comfortable. Looks like brand new. Great location. Very close to the government buildings.
For international travelers, staff barely speak English especially the service staff. This can be difficult. But everyone is polite.
Why horrible services ?
1. No consistency
2. They don't know what they are doing
3. Very very slow service
4. The restaurant employees doesn't even know their menu what each items are or how they are made. Even if they know it they can't explain that you.
5. After staying 7 days, not once I saw their F&B manager or he / she came to me.
6. You walk into the restaurant and no one to greet you. Then after that they don't offer drinkor nothing you simply sit there until they decided to come to you.
7. Pre made Crepe, pancakes after a while they are so cold and they sometimes gives you syrup and sometimes they don't have it.
8. They don't refill the breakfast buffet on time.
9. No personal Conn with staff
After visiting mongolia for 4 times I observed that Mongolians are not naturally service oriented people. They don't work as a team. They don't maintain standard consistently. I saw this in various restaurants.
My recommendation: please Train your staff. Instruct your manager to get out their office and monitor each area. Train your staff to provide good customer services. Train them to speak confidently to their guest. Only this way you can attract more customers and retain your current one.
